Algosaibi Services is empowering tomorrow’s talent through student internship programs.

Every successful career begins with an opportunity — and at Algosaibi Services Company, we take pride in creating those opportunities for the next generation.

Through our collaboration with FHM and TVTC, our HR team proudly drives the FHM Program, offering students valuable hands-on experience across key departments, including Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, Human Resources, and Finance.

This year alone, 193 students joined us for an immersive two-year internship, gaining real-world insights into the Catering and Hospitality industry. Beyond technical training, they learned teamwork, innovation, and the meaning of contributing to a purpose-driven organization.

Each intern is guided by mentors who help turn curiosity into capability, preparing them for their next professional chapter.

One inspiring success story is Jubran Hamithi, who began his journey as an FHM intern and later joined Algosaibi Services for advanced training and professional development. Today, he’s thriving at Khalifa Algosaibi Group as a Marketing Executive, leading digital marketing initiatives and supporting group-wide sales operations — a true example of growth, dedication, and career progression.

• The Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (now part of the Ministry of Tourism)
