Algosaibi Services & FHM are developing national talent together.

Algosaibi Services Company hosted its usual annual introductory session in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Khobar City in January 2026, bringing together employees from all departments with trainees from FHM Institute for Facilities Management and Hospitality.

The session was part of the ongoing collaboration between both organizations and aimed to introduce trainees to the company, its work environment, and operational structure.

The session was attended by 200 trainee students, Sponsored By Algosaibi Services, during which the company presented its On-the-Job Training (OJT) program, outlining the training plan and clarifying potential future roles upon program completion. The session also provided trainees with the opportunity to engage directly with company representatives, ask questions, and gain insight into professional expectations and career pathways.

This initiative supported trainee readiness for the labor market by offering early career guidance and aligning training outcomes with practical workplace requirements. It also contributed to developing a skilled national workforce prepared to meet industry needs.
